How long does verification take?

Our safeguarding team reviews all applications within 2–3 working days. Urgent cases marked "Critical" are reviewed within 24 hours.

Will my personal details be public?

Your name, address, and personal details are never shown publicly. Only your first name, general location, and case description are visible to donors.

Who can apply?

Any individual, family, or child (via a guardian) who is resident in the UK and in genuine need can apply. We verify every case before it goes live.

What if I need help filling in the form?
